Curry. Without. Worry

On Tuesdays, a local group gets together to prepare and serve vegetable curry, rice and roti to feed the less fortunate in Kathmandu’s Durbar Square. It was my pleasure to be a part of this week’s event with other volunteers from Nepal Orphans Home. It is very rewarding to be able to assist organizations such as this that are positively impacting the lives of their local people. It is difficult to find ways to make a difference, but these people are making it happen. They have all of my respect and I hope to continue taking part in this weekly tradition while I am in the area.
